Shipping Policy

All in-stock charcuterie boards ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Please reference the below map for estimated delivery times.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all clocks and charcuterie boards. 

Local pickup is available for all items including furniture, oversized, and custom orders.

Restrictions Apply: Shipping surcharge applies for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Furniture, oversized, and some custom orders are excluded from free shipping offer. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States, however please contact us directly if you are interested in placing an international order.

Local Pickup & Delivery

If you select local pickup, we will contact you once your order has been processed to schedule delivery.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 10 miles. For orders under $100, we charge $25 for local delivery.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All items are final sale. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please the contact us within 14 days after delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
